Hadi Energy Equipment Manufacturing Company (Hadi Energy) started its activities in 1401 with the aim of providing services in the field of designing, manufacturing and installing various types of medium and low voltage busducts using the experiences of experts from the Electric Equipment and Steel Fluids Company (SATHA) as a major shareholder and investor in one of the production halls of that complex located in the Oshtorjan Industrial Zone (25 kilometers from Isfahan).

Electric Equipment and Steel Fluids Company (SATHA) as a major shareholder of this complex, in 1393, in cooperation and partnership with HENIKWON Malaysia Company, started its activities in the field of selling and producing busducts in Iran using the technical knowledge of that company. With increasing market demand and with the aim of competing in price and reducing exchange rate, it started to domesticate and design busducts in compliance with the international busduct standards IEC 61439-1&6.

Hadi Energy Company succeeded in obtaining a knowledge-based certificate from the Vice-President of the Presidential Institution for Science and Technology in the field of busduct construction in 1403.
