Steel Electrical and Fluid Equipment Company (SATHA) as the main shareholder and investor, after years of activity in the field of busduct construction under the supervision and technical knowledge of HENIKWON Malaysia, using the experiences of its experts and with the aim of providing more favorable services in the design, construction and installation of various types of busducts, in 1401 established Hadi Energy Company as its subsidiary in the Oshtorjan Industrial Zone (25 kilometer of Isfahan city).

With the aim of competing in price and reducing exchange rate, this company has taken steps to domesticate and design busducts in compliance with the international busduct standards IEC61439-1&6 , IEC62271-200.
